Automotive is plagued with customer service problems but the team at Injectronics are brilliant! Every person I had contact with made the entire process seamless. I made the mistake of walking in off the street but even still, I was made to feel welcome. There was no pressure to do anything and the team were happy to answer my questions and walk me through the process. All in all, great experience, felt looked after, and highly recommend them!

Had an amazing experience with the Perth division fixing my truck dash cluster after not being able to source a replacement anywhere globally even from Mac themselves. They took great care and were more than willing to accomodate a extra repair that was unforeseen with a short on the system. The tech was very honest with what he could and could not do with the repair but went above and beyond to accomodate. A big thanks to Nirvair Singh for his assistance and help.

This review is for services rendered many years ago, so is not necessarily reflective of the current business. That being said, what Injectronics did for me at that time was a true blessing, and I'm still grateful to this day. Long story short, our car was having issues with the transmission (Toyota Avensis Verso) and heavy online research led me to believe the issue was ECU related, not transmission. Sadly, not even the 'experts' at my local Toyota dealership believed me nor were of any help, so I eventually reached out to Injectronics. They were more than happy to assist, so I delivered the unit to my local Bursons outlet, who then transported it interstate for assessment and repair. Lo and behold, the ECU was faulty and quickly fixed for a fair and acceptable price. I had it back in a week's time and the car never missed a beat from that day forth. For the record, that was over a decade ago, when the car had about 180k on the clock. It's still our daily driver now, and is just about to hit 499k. Had it not been for Injectronics, we never, ever would have received such lifespan and service from this vehicle. Thank you, our belated gratitude for your help and support.

Recently had to send in my PCM for Injectronics to diagnose a very random and erratic issue. Whilst they couldn't fault my PCM, given the info I had provided to them, they offered a remanufactured PCM if I was sure that my original one was faulty. I took the offer, and the re-manned unit fixed my issue! If they did not offer the re-manned PCM, I don't want to think how much time and money I would have spent trying to diagnose the issue. They made installing the re-manned unit easy. Matched it to my BEM, key transponders and remotes, so it was literally plug and play. They also allow local drop offs and pick ups which is great if you are from around the area. Highly recommend going with these guys if you have PCM issues.
